Your Role at KIK

The OTM - Business Systems Analyst position is part of the Logistics & Freight Pay team. The incumbent engages directly with business users, process owners and management. This role is responsible for managing business process changes, implementing new system solutions, delivering functional specifications, configuration, testing, user manuals and training documentation and for providing business consultancy, change leadership and second level system support. The role will have a strong emphasis on front-line user facing support.

This role is based in Lawrenceville, GA but will have responsibilities for global locations with potential travel requirements of up to 10%.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide consulting support within their functional area of expertise while actively seeking ways to apply system technology to business processes. This includes research and identification of enabling functionality based on customer requirements. Incumbents in this position are challenged to develop and maintain credibility and effective working relations with leadership, business users, process owners and fellow team members in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems, as well as IT/IS strategies, issues, and priorities.

  • Facilitate development of solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, technological options, and process facilitation techniques.

  • Advise on options, risks, resource requirements, and impact on other business processes and system priorities

  • Proficient in troubleshooting real time OTM and integration issues between OTM and external application: SAP, JDE1

  • Manage and support the design, development, and administration of all applications and services within the OTM eco-system, related software tools and interfaces; including OTM helpdesk ticketing system

  • In addition to working on user tickets, the OTM Business Analyst will work on sprint tasks and deliver the tasks within the deadline.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, or other business-related fields or a combination of similar education and work experience (preferred)

  • 5+ years of functional and or technical analyst experience with OTM

  • Basic SQL skills and general knowledge of OTM table structures

  • Strong knowledge in areas of OTM Planning, Rating, Invoicing, BI Publisher, and FTI

  • Strong skills in User Interface Configuration (Screen Sets, Manager Layouts, User Menu, Manage User Access, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience in process design, data conversions, configuration, testing, support and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, Power BI is a plus.

  • Organized and task oriented. Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects concurrently ensuring that timelines are balanced and resulting deadlines are met

  • Experience in a consumer-packaged goods, multi-location, global environment will be considered an asset
